- Bio
Elaine Standohar is an author on the subject of healthy eating & living. She studied Exercise Science at The University of Akron and is a certified personal trainer through The American Council on Exercise. She works at a Chiropractic Center where she performs therapies and teaches rehabilitation stretches and exercises to patients.
Volunteering and giving back are two very important aspects of Elaine’s life. She donates blood to the Red Cross every 56 days and is only a few pints away from her 3 gallon milestone. In 2015 Elaine will be leading a team in Kauai on her second Habitat for Humanity mission trip. She's an avid runner and has an intense interest in health, fitness, and proper nutrition.
