Colorful cupcakes are poison from the food dyes.

Cupcakes and other colorful foods.

Why are cupcakes unhealthy? Well, for one they have too much sugar that is toxic to the body, purely and simply stated. But beyond that, Americans love colorful cakes and cupcakes with sprinkles and frosting that have cancer causing food dyes. Those dyes are made from petroleum that is not food and for a reason. Petroleum mutates healthy DNA. A major culprit for diseases like cancer is mutated or abnormal expression of our DNA that happens from environmental influences. Food dyes in your soft drinks, candy, bubble gum and more are at the top of the list of America's unhealthiest foods. If you want to make a healthy treat for your family, use fruit, bake fresh with whole wheat flours, use natural sweeteners and avoid dyes. It's best to avoid soft drinks and other junk food altogether, needless to say.
