Most Hated 3 Letters in America Can Be Handled with 4 Fat Flushers
Are you tired of carrying around unwanted fat that just won’t go away no matter what you do? Dr. Oz tells viewers that he has a list of ingredients that you can add to your diet that will flush your fat away fast.
“They’re the most hated three letters in America: F... A... T... FAT! It makes you feel frustrated and feel angry and you want it gone now. And I am going to help you. So today, we are going to flush your fat fast,” says Dr. Oz as he introduces to his viewers the following fast fat flushers.
Fat Flusher #1: Block fat absorption with Litramine
“It’s a ground breaking new ingredient that will literally help you poop out unwanted fat fast,” says Dr. Oz who explains that litramine is a combination of fat-binding fibers from the Acacia and Opuntia ficus-indica plants.
How litramine works is that it prevents fat from being absorbed by the body and as a result is eliminated as waste from the GI tract. Dr. Oz tells viewers that a new study published in the journal Obesity reported that when overweight and obese individuals took 3 grams of litramine daily for 12 weeks that they lost at least five percent of their body weight.
“It’s roughly half a pound a week,” says Dr. Oz.
Dr. Oz recommends buying only those brands that are advertised as containing 100% litramine on the label and that you should take 3 grams of it after every meal.
Fat Flusher #2: Recharge your pancreas with garlic green tea
“You need to recharge your pancreas by flushing out your fat—fast,” says Dr. Oz who explains that what happens with the aging pancreas is that it cannot keep up with the sugar and insulin spikes that result from eating the wrong kinds of foods like it could when you were younger. And when your pancreas cannot keep up, that extra sugar in your blood winds up being stored away as stubborn body fat.
To charge up your pancreas so that it can keep up with the foods you eat, Dr. Oz recommends drinking garlic green tea.
“Through animal studies, garlic has been shown to help regulate blood sugar to help take a little of the heat off of the pancreas. And green tea helps flush out fat,” says Dr. Oz.
Dr. Oz recommends seeping your green tea in hot water for at least 20 minutes with one clove of garlic added to ensure that all of the fat flushing nutrients are getting into each sip that you drink.
Fat Flusher #3: Take 75 milligrams of Vitamin C daily
“Scientists are beginning to discover that many obese people are low in vitamin C,” says Dr. Oz as he explains to viewers that research is discovering that people who are deficient in vitamin C tend to have a more difficult time in getting rid of their fat. Having an adequate amount of vitamin C appears to be necessary for the body’s cells to process and burn off fat.
Dr. Oz recommends taking 75 milligrams of vitamin C daily by eating an assortment of vitamin C-rich foods such as 1 cup of papaya, strawberries or broccoli; or, 2 whole kiwis, grapefruits or oranges.
The added benefit of taking vitamin C is that according to Dr. Oz it can also make your skin look 7 years younger in just 7 weeks as part of an anti-aging plan.
Fat Flusher #4: Drink 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
“The final way to flush fat fast is with 2 tablespoons of white vinegar after every meal,” says Dr. Oz.
Dr. Oz explains that white vinegar actually reduces insulin spikes after eating food containing high glycemic index sugars and carbohydrates such as those found in a candy bar or a slice of bread. According to Dr. Oz, taking 2 tablespoons of white vinegar after a meal can reduce your sugar load from your meal by as much as 25 percent that is then flushed out through your GI system.
