Lose Fat Fast with Meratrim Supplement in Dr. Oz’s Latest Fat Loss Program

Is it possible to lose fat faster now than ever before? According to Dr. Oz, he has done just that by doing his research and coming up with a new fat loss program that includes a fat blocking supplement called “Meratrim.”

“Today, I’ve got not one, not two, but three ways that work together to triple your fat loss,” says Dr. Oz as he introduces to viewers his latest fat loss program that promises to help you lose weight fast!

The plan is one of Dr. Oz’s newest trifectas of weight loss that gives a 1-2-3 punch to the fat stores in your thigh, butt and belly fat. His latest fat loss program incorporates three primary attacks against fat:

1. Block the fat storage areas in your body from taking in fat.

2. Burn fat after every meal.

3. Activate your calorie-burning mechanisms.

Fat Loss Program Step #1: Take a Meratrim supplement before meals

Dr. Oz tells viewers that his first step involves a new supplement called “Meratrim” that was studied and published in the weight loss journal Obesity. Meratrim contains a flower and fruit combination of Sphaeranthus indicus and Garcinia mangostana that together research shows works by apparently blocking the body’s fat storage areas from accumulating fat.

“It makes storing fat much more difficult…the science and the theory is pretty compelling” says Dr. Oz who tells viewers that the theory of how it works is that if the fat cannot get to those areas where it normally stores on the body, that it then winds up being digested rather than stored as belly fat.

To put Meratrim to the test, Dr. Oz recruited 30 audience members and put them on a Meratrim supplement for two weeks. Participants were instructed to take the 400 milligram supplement 30 minutes before breakfast and once again 30 minutes before dinner. Furthermore, the participants were restricted to eating no more than 2,000 calories per day and to take a daily 30-minute walk.

“Here are their overall results: on average, per person in two weeks they lost 3 pounds and on average per person, they lost 3 inches from their waist,” reports Dr. Oz.

Dr. Oz advises viewers that if they try this supplement to only purchase brands that advertise the supplement as containing “100 percent pure Meratrim” on the label.

Fat Loss Program Step #2: Take a spoonful of pomegranate vinegar after every meal

“It stops the sugar spike that prompts your body to store fat; so you burn fat rather than storing it,” says Dr. Oz. He also adds that that other vinegars may work as well because vinegar is believed to work by changing how sugars in your foods are metabolized, but that the published research mentioned pomegranate vinegar in particular.

Fat Loss Program Step #3: Increase your protein intake

“The third step of my ‘Triple your Fat Loss Program’ is to double your protein at every meal,” says Dr. Oz. He explains that by doubling your protein intake you will in turn eat less carbs and that this will not only fill you up more, but will also activate calorie-burning heat mechanisms in your body. “It changes how you metabolize foods…protein when digested, naturally wastes a lot of calories.”

Dr. Oz tells viewers that while they are doubling the amount of protein with each meal that they have to remember that they are exchanging the carbs for proteins, so no more having croutons in your salad during a meal and toss the bun on that burger.
