Dr. Oz Reveals Miracle Oil that will Melt Belly Fat Away and Slow Down Aging
Discover the anti-aging miracle oil Dr. Oz says you should replace your cooking oils with to melt your belly fat and slow down the aging process.
“Did you know that palm trees contain an ancient remedy that can slow down the aging process, fight belly fat and combat heart disease?” asks Dr. Oz as he and special guest alternative medicine expert Bryce Wylde, alert viewers to what they believe may be the biggest nutritional find of 2013 - Red Palm oil.
“It’s going to deliver a one-two punch unlike any other nutrient or food out there,” says Bryce Wylde as he describes to viewers the hidden benefits of Red Palm oil.
The Red Palm oil Dr. Oz and Bryce Wylde talk about is that which is derived from the fruit of Elaeis guineensis―more commonly known as the “African Oil Palm.” The oil is extracted from both the pulp of the fruit and the kernel to be used in food products, has a rich red color, and has been the subject of several recent studies looking at its unique nutritional value.
According to Bryce Wylde, the first benefit of Red Palm oil is that it contains the powerhouse nutrient carotene that not only gives the fruit its red coloration, but is the same antioxidant found in carrots and tomatoes—only in much higher concentrations.
The second benefit of Red Palm oil is a Vitamin E component found in the fruit of the Red Palm tree.
Vitamin E is an essential vitamin that we have to get through our diet. However, although similar, not all formulations of Vitamin E are the same, with some available naturally only in particular plant species. In nature, eight bioactive substances have been found to have vitamin E activity: α-, β-, γ- and δ-tocopherol; and α-, β-, γ- and δ-tocotrienol.
Tocotrienols are the primary form of vitamin E in the seed endosperm of most monocots including that from the fruit of some species of palm trees. In fact, crude palm oil extracted from the fruits of Elaeis guineensis particularly contains a high amount of tocotrienols (up to 800 mg/kg), mainly consisting of γ-tocotrienol and α-tocotrienol―tocotrienols that research has shown possess powerful neuroprotective, antioxidant, anti-cancer and cholesterol lowering properties.
“You combine these two together, you are going to stop…the aging process, protect the cells and all the tissue s of your body,” says Bryce Wylde. “This is the next miracle food.”
Dr. Oz concurs with Bryce Wylde’s statement by telling viewers that if you take were to take all of the other types of healthy cooking oils combined such as sunflower oil, almond oil, coconut oil, etc. that together they cannot match the power of Red Palm oil.
“If you put all of these oils together, they do not have the same antioxidant power benefit as this one bottle of Red Palm oil,” says Dr. Oz.
The health benefits to eating Red Palm oil discussed by Dr. Oz and Bryce Wylde include preventing Alzheimer’s disease and dementia with the tocotrienols’ neuro-protective properties and ability to increase circulation in the brain. A second benefit―that both Dr. Oz and Bryce Wylde attest to―is that Red Palm oil will remove plaque deposits on the walls of arteries and thereby increase circulation to the those vessels that supply oxygenated blood to the heart.
“Folks who are using this are actually lowering their bad cholesterol by up to 40% in one month…drugs don’t even do that,” says Dr. Oz.
The third benefit to eating Red Palm oil is that unlike other fats that wind up burning slowly and typically getting stored in your belly region, Red Palm oil has fats that are burned almost immediately and are not stored as belly fat in the abdomen.
“It ignites your metabolism,” says Bryce Wylde as Dr. Oz adds that a study has shown that women who ate a fat like that found in Red Palm oil resulted in the loss of belly fat in those women tested.
Bryce Wylde tells viewers that to get all of these benefits from the carotenes and the tocotrienols in Red Palm oil that all it takes is just two tablespoons per day. He explains that because Red Palm oil is semi-solid at room temp, but melts easily and can be cooked at high temperatures, that it can be applied to your meals in multiple ways.
Suggestions from Bryce Wylde on ways to eat Red Palm oil include:
• As a spread on your bread or on potatoes and yams
• Sprinkled over your morning oatmeal
• Warmed and poured over salads
• Replacing your typical cooking oil with Red Palm oil in its place—unlike many oils that lose their beneficial nutrients under high heat, Red Palm oil loses none of that and is great for healthy stir fry cooking.
