Sales of Tobacco to Minors Drop to All-Time Low

Officials at the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department are encouraged by the results of recent undercover operations that show the illegal sales of tobacco products to minors (youths under the age of 18) in Santa Barbara County are declining to all-time lows.
