First Annual National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day to Be Held March 21

The first annual National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day will be held March 21, 2007 to increase awareness about the impact that HIV/AIDS has had on American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians. Organizers are making the day a "call to action" for all Americans to become informed about the epidemic.

The theme for this year's observance is, "A celebration of life
