Community Flex: Affordable Health Plan In Arizona, Indiana

On the heels of a successful launch of its newest health insurance product in 11 states, American Community Mutual Insurance Company today announced that Community Flex is now available for quoting in Arizona and Indiana. Designed to help consumer's hold down their medical expenses, the new PPO plan is available for individuals and families through independent agents for a coverage effective date beginning March 1, 2009.

Offering three plan designs -- Flex 100, Flex 80 and Flex 60 -- Community Flex gives consumers multiple options for deductibles and benefit percentages to provide value and choice. As an added benefit, the premium rate is guaranteed for the first 24 months of coverage when a deductible of $5,000 or higher is selected. For network deductibles of $500 - $3,500, the premium rate is guaranteed for the first 12 months of coverage.

Policyholders have access to leading PPO (preferred provider) networks with access to more than 65,000 quality hospitals, primary care physicians and specialists in Arizona and Indiana. Community Flex also features the choice and coverage that today's individuals and families need:
