West Virginia Health Insurance
A new pilot project in West Virginia will offer health coverage to uninsured children who do not qualify for Medicaid or other government programs, the AP/Charleston Daily Mail reports.
Under the "Every Child Matters" program, families will pay $30per physician visit, and an "affordability fund" will cover a portion of the cost if a family cannot pay the entire fee. Sixteen community health center facilities across the state will participate in the program.
