Homemade Fudgesickle Recipe With Coconut Milk
- I (400 ml) can coconut milk (2 cups)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons sugar (or agave or maple syrup)
1/3 to 1/2 cup frozen or fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, cherries or bananas - or a combination of any)
Simply place all of ingredients into a blender and blend well for at least 1 minute. Then pour into molds and let it freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
A really great optional addition to these homemade fudgesickles is real fruit. The taste will be even sweeter with the addition of the berries while bananas give the fudgesickles a whole new great taste.
