Homemade Creamsicle Recipe With Coconut Milk
I (400 ml) can coconut milk (2 cups)
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tablespoons sugar (or agave or maple syrup)
Place all of ingredients into a blender and blend well for at least 1 minute. Then pour into molds and let it freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
