I used romaine lettuce for my wraps, but you can choose another kind of you prefer. Romaine tends

4 thinly sliced deli beef slices
1/4 to 1/3 cup garlic and herb cream cheese
3/4 to 1 cup bean sprouts
1/8 cup thinly sliced red onion
4 lettuce leaves

On each slice of beef, spoon on about 1 or 2 tablespoons of cream cheese and spread evenly on meat slice. You will be rolling short end to short end, so place bean sprouts and red onion on the meat, as pictured. Roll tightly, then wrap the beef wrap in lettuce.

Cut into smaller rolls, secure with toothpick and serve as appetizers.

Use plain cream cheese
