4 ounces of unsweetened Baker's chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
5 tablespoons honey (local is best)
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt (optional)

Simply melt the unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler, remove, then stir in remaining ingredients. Pour it onto a pan lined with wax paper and let it cool for half an hour. Remove and slice into small chunks.

Into a large bowl, add the following ingredients:

1 batch of Healthy Homemade Chocolate (above, cut into small chunks)
2 cups peanuts (or walnuts or cashews)
2 cups raisins
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Himalayan Salt (optional)

Stir it all together and enjoy.
