Best Ever Vegan Brussel Sprouts Recipe Maple Roasted
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Sugar Free
12 large brussel sprouts (cut in half)
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp maple syrup
Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit
Place brussel sprouts on a cookie sheet, toss with olive oil and roast in oven, periodically turning over for about 45 minutes. Skins will be dark brown and crispy. Mix the garlic and maple syrup onto the sprouts and return to the oven for about 5 more minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
