Oregano is an herb that most people use to spice up their food, it is very common in Italian cuisine. It can be prepared a couple of ways, cooking it fresh, drying it out and grind into seasoning, and used as garnishing. Not only does Oregano taste good though, it is chalked full of vitamins and nutrients that can help with a lot of aliments. Oregano contains:
