1) Cranberry and raspberry smoothie


1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 ripe or overripe banana
1 handful fresh kale
1 cup almond milk coconut milk or milk of your choice
2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds or 1 tbsp hemp and 1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon


Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until very smooth.

2) strawberry and grape smoothie


8 medium strawberries, rinsed, stems removed
2/3 cup seedless grapes, red or green, rinsed
1/3 cup oats (I used Quaker Old Fashioned)
1 cup hemp milk
dash salt
1/2 cup ice (if using frozen strawberries, do not use ice)
sweetener of choice (only if needed)


Place ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth and oats are not noticeable in the texture when you taste it.
If your fruit is not ripe enough, you may need to add a sweetener of your choice, such as a pitted, dried date.

3) Mango, strawberry and kale smoothie


1/2 cup chopped mango
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
Handful ice
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 cup hemp milk
10-20 drops liquid stevia or 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Layer all ingredients in a blender in order listed.
Blend until very smooth.
Pour into a cup and drink immediately.

4) apple and banana smoothie


1 medium apple
1 small banana
1 passion fruit
4 pitted dates
250ml almond milk [US 1cup]
1 Tbsp shelled hemp
small knob of ginger (to taste)
few mint leaves (to taste)
few ice cubes


Cut apple in quarters and remove pits.
In a blender, mix together apple, banana and passion fruit flesh. Whizz with almond milk, shelled hemp and ice cubes.
Add dates, ginger and mint to taste. Whizz again until smooth.

5) Walnut Cranberry Apple Smoothie

75g | 3/4 cup fresh cranberries
1 large apple cored and chopped into chunks
4 tablespoons chopped raw walnuts ,
1 tablespoons maple syrup , add an extra one if you like your smoothies on the sweeter side
240mls | 1 cup of hemp milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Put all ingredients into your blender, blend till smooth and enjoy.
