What should you do? Luckily, nature provides you with natural ingredients that can have equal functions to some cosmetics. Homemade Healing Foundation

In a small bowl, place in a little bit of arrowroot powder. If you're tanner in complexion, add less (like 1 teaspoon or so). If you're lighter in complexion, add more (perhaps a tablespoon or so). Arrowroot powder has been found to boost your antibody power, which boosts your overall immune system. That means it's actually beneficial if it's absorbed through your skin, unlike the toxins in your commercial foundation.

Add cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg in your own desirable amounts. Cocoa powder has been found to boost your mood, promote brain cell regeneration, and protect you from emotional stress. It's also rich in antioxidants that protect your skin from oxidative damage! That means if it's absorbed through your skin, not only will your foundation boost your brain health, but it will physically make you happier too.

Cinnamon has been found to help lower your blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and protect your brain from Alzheimer's. It's also full of antioxidants that have been found to fight cancer and help protect your skin from the sun's UV radiation. Whether it's absorbed through your skin or not, cinnamon is great for your body, including your heart!
