If you are looking for a dessert at Christmas dinner, something that is different from the normal pumpkin pie, consider making a strawberry pretzel salad. At first sight, it might look like any jello dessert. You will find yourself pleasantly surprised at the delightful crunchy crunched pretzels at the bottom of this yummy dessert.

Other surprises are the soft sweet cool whip and the tart strawberries. The best part of this strawberry pretzel salad as a Christmas dinner idea is the ease of preparation. Time must be planned for as the dessert must be refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. Use low salt pretzels for a healthier salad.

As recipe is relatively easy to find. However, here is one that is a favorite.
