Imagine crab cake with chipotle lime sauce drizzled all over it. Dream of smoked salmon with eggs on whole wheat with chives and lemon balm. Drool over exotic fruit salad loaded with fresh mango, papaya, kiwi, pineapple, and passion fruit with yogurt. This dream can come true, and the best part is it is healthy. The Fresh Diet, serving Miami, Chicago, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, is a dream come true.

This diet is based on the popular Zone Diet by Dr. Sears. The Fresh Diet is not affiliated with Dr. Sears and his website, however. The fresh approach to this diet includes nothing frozen or vacuum packed. The chefs send fresh food. It is a proud proponent of the Omega-3 fatty acids, known to be heart healthy, and serves a large amount of fish.

Some of the options through the Fresh Diet include the Chef’s Choice and the Premium Choice package. These packages include a list of certain foods that the client does not like or is allergic to. The service also includes a 24/7 concierge just in case the client will not be using the service for a day for some reason. The person simply lets the concierge know 24 hours in advance that they will not need the meals for that day and the plan rolls over so that the person can have their meal on a new day.

The Fresh Diet had its beginnings in Florida in 2005 and continues to grow. Several diets have been fad diets and most are not healthy, however, this company is one of the best diets to come out on the market. It is healthy and food is fresh. Counselors are available to clients and the food is prepared so that people do not have to count calories.
