2 cups of all purpose gluten-free flour or brown rice flour
1 tablespoon of salt
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of xanthan gum
4 tablespoons of tapioca starch

2. Combine the flour, xanthan gum, salt and tapioca starch together in a bowl.
3. Add the eggs slowly.
4. Mix the ingredients to form dough. If it is too dry, add extra water.

7. Boil water in a large pot of water with a little salt.
8. Put the pasta you prepared in the pot.
9. Stir while it cooks to prevent clumping. It usually takes 3 to 5 minutes to cook. Remove and serve.
