* 1 can beef broth or french onion soup

I lost around 100 pounds from weight loss surgery serveral years ago. I haven't gained the weight back but I also haven't lost any more. I am looking for something which will help me be healthier (detox) and help me loose some extra weight. I am willing to try anything and over the years have heard the cabbage soup diet will help with both.
