Harley Pasternak Takes on Global Obesity with His 5 Factor Plan

Harley Pasternak is the author of the best-selling books 5-Factor Fitness (Putnam, 2005) and 5-Factor Diet (Meredith, 2006). After working with many celebrities, he is now taking on the global issue of obesity using the principles of his 5-factor plan.

He has a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto, and an Honors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. He has taken this knowledge and developed his 5-factor plans.
