What do you like to have for breakfast that's not only healthy, but also quick? Many people say they have done protein smoothies but sometimes get tried of them. When I was researching this topic noticed that many women mix their smoothies with oaths to make a variety or simply make omelet.

Make your breakfast smoothies filling. You don't need to follow a recipe, but usually a green veggie (Kale or Spinach, depending what you have), banana (half or a small whole one), Greek yogurt, chia seeds, whey protein powder, cocoa powder, pb, almond milk, and ice will do a good job. You can try other ingredients for your smoothie as well. Make a large cup, drink around 8:30 in the morning and it should keep you good until lunch. For example, there is another idea that instead of making your smoothies vegetable or fruit, make them kefir. "I do a good E-sized kefir smoothie when I'm on the run," writes one mom. Other people like to change the ingredients of their smoothies if they are tired of them. For example use fruit smoothies if you are doing choco/pb/bana, or switch them around. Or, simply change the way you prepare your smoothies. For example, do the smoothie preparation ahead of time. Put the veggie, fruit, seeds, and powders in a baggie and freeze them. Then in the morning just add yogurt, pb, almond milk, and ice.
