Smoothie for breakfast and weight Loss

What do you like to have for breakfast that's not only healthy, but also quick? Many people say they have done protein smoothies but sometimes get tried of them. When I was researching this topic noticed that many women mix their smoothies with oaths to make a variety or simply make omelet.

One mom told us that she now makes omelet cups just because she is also tied for daily breakfast smoothies for her weightless. In case you have been drinking smoothies for weight loss too, know that in 2015 research revealed the best smoothy ingredient for weight loss.

Omelet Cups

Omelet cups look good, they are prepared quick and the idea is lovable. Jimmy Dean has a version of omelet cups, but do you want to spend $1 per piece just for the sake of convenience? You can easily make omelet cups at home instead of your smoothies for breakfast and this is a better idea than a bagel from a drive thru).

To make your own omelet cups you basically mix up eggs, add your toppings (meat, cheese, veggies), pour into muffin tins, and bake until done. You can then freeze them (or just refrigerate) for when you need something quick. Nuke for a minute before you walk out the door, or when you get to work, or when you want to, and breakfast is ready. I'm sure you could do it with just egg whites too if that's what you're going for.

One benefit of this is that with omelet cups you won't be hungry after two hours. Many moms say that when they drink smoothies for breakfast for their weight loss, their bodies think that they haven't eaten at all.

Overnight Oatmeal To Take To Work

Some moms says they do overnight oeatmeal. You can use these ingredients to make an overnight oatmeal. Use 1/2 old fashioned rolled oats, 1/3 cup almond milk, one individual container or strawberry triple 0 Greek yogurt and a 1/4-1/2 cup of either fresh strawberries or frozen mix berries. Make 3 at a time and bring them to work with you. This can be another alternative to smoothies. Some people use chocolate in it too.

Replace Smoothies with Snack or Nuts

Some people like snacks and nuts. From time to time you can replace your smoothies with snacks or nuts. But keep in mind that they usually come with so many calories and you don't want to do this too often.

Other Smoothies for Your Breakfast and Weight Loss

Make your breakfast smoothies filling. You don't need to follow a recipe, but usually a green veggie (Kale or Spinach, depending what you have), banana (half or a small whole one), Greek yogurt, chia seeds, whey protein powder, cocoa powder, pb, almond milk, and ice will do a good job. You can try other ingredients for your smoothie as well. Make a large cup, drink around 8:30 in the morning and it should keep you good until lunch. And the egg cups we discussed above, simply can be a great addition on the side from time to time. Check out how this woman lost 56 inches with a special smoothie.

For example, there is another idea that instead of making your smoothies vegetable or fruit, make them kefir. "I do a good E-sized kefir smoothie when I'm on the run," writes one mom. She uses 1.5 cups plain kefir blended with sweetener of choice (do gentle sweet) and some frozen raspberries. You probably love the taste.

Another smoothie you can for breakfast that should keep full until lunch is called Green Force. It is made using spinach, banana and peanut butter. Or here is another variety of it with the following ingredients just to mix together.

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 cup destemmed kale leaves or baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 1 large ripe frozen banana, chopped into chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (optional)
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes

Or simply try this Banana-Cherry Green Smoothie recipe for healthy diet.

Other people like to change the ingredients of their smoothies if they are tired of them. For example use fruit smoothies if you are doing choco/pb/bana, or switch them around. Or, simply change the way you prepare your smoothies. For example, do the smoothie preparation ahead of time. Put the veggie, fruit, seeds, and powders in a baggie and freeze them. Then in the morning just add yogurt, pb, almond milk, and ice.
