Preparing tomato vegan stacks is very easy. Its ingredients have two parts, the real ingredients and the toppings.
Take four fresh tomatoes and cut them in half. You need these toppings. Take mixed sprouts, one clove garlic, one lemon (juiced), 8 sundried tomatoes and four sliced artichoke hearts.
And here is the method of preparing this yummy vegan stack.
Place the mixed sprouts, garlic and lemon juice in the food processor and process until creamy. Spoon onto the tomato slices. Add sundried tomatoes and artichoke to garnish.
