I Just Became a Vegan and I Have No Idea What to Eat
There are people who try to become vegan, but don't like vegetable, they have no idea what toe eat or what to cook. What should they do?
Many cities have number of Vegan places to eat. One of the first things you can do is to download an app called Happy Cow to find all your vegan restaurants near you. It's not hard finding vegan food that's not vegetables. Besides vegetables there are also beans, rice, pasta, bread, tortillas, potatoes, faux meat. Specifically; mac an (ch)yeeze, spaghetti, meatless ball sub, carribean rice and beans, plantains, tostones, baked potato, mashed potatoes, scrambled tofu. Y(egg) yolk with toast, mmm toast, pancakes and on. Lots of options.
Vegetables are awesome. Give them a chance. But there are also wraps! beans, rice, veggies, avocado, spinach, hot sauce, hummus, etc.
Your other options are grats, potato salad, pasta salad, fruit salad, pudding (jello brand but also made from tofu is good!) pizza, burritos, tacos, stew, phillycheeze steak, cereal.
Go to social media. There are lots of Facebook pages primarily about vegan recipes. What Fat Vegans Eat and is one of them that came to mind. In the mean time, sandwiches from the above mentioned options would do well. Google Vegan food, or Vegan recipes for example. If you like something just Google the vegan version of it.
Other things you can do is this. Stuck up on nuts and seeds, they are very nutritious and make everything yummy.
You can go on YouTube and search how to make any food you like vegan, most recipes are super simple and easy to make like pancakes and eggy tofu for breakfast. Oatmeal is also great in the morning. Combine your rice with lentils and quinoa.

As a conclusion cook and eat all the food u normally do. Just swap vegan ingredients for the non vegan ones. That's what most beginner vegans do. It will make your transition so easy.
