Surely it is a great event for health awareness. Yoga is an powerful agent for personal change and growth. Yoga practice shows greater results than any tranquilizer without the side effects of drugs. It teaches you how to focus your mind and improves concentration. Yoga philosophy assists with transcending problems and suffering. I have personally witnessed women who are addicted to pain killers and anti anxiety medications, become more alert, focused, relaxed, and less anxious through regular practice of yoga and meditation.
