i'm max
i'm 6'2" at 209lbs and i'm looking for ways to lose my gut. there isn't a ton here there's just enoughto cover up my abs. i'm trying to find a diet that makes fat go away FAST. it stresses me out, that i feel uncomfortable about taking off my shirt at the beach. i really want to look better
