for eMaxHealthA woman in California got arrested for performing illegal abortions without having a doctor's license.
An investigation by San Diego County district attorney lasted a year and finally arrested 48 years old Bertha Pinedo Bugarin, who was never issued a license, but was advertising herself as a doctor and performing illegal abortions and risking innocent women's health.
