CityVoter, ExerciseTV to research, build and promote "ExerciseTV Top Trainer," the first interactive online guide and contest to discover the country's best fitness professionals. ExerciseTV is a joint venture between Comcast, Time Warner Cable, New Balance and Jake Steinfeld of "Body by Jake." CityVoter's award-winning platform and services are used by the country's leading media companies including FOX, McGraw-Hill and Hearst-Argyle.

Between January 28 and March 23, ExerciseTV and CityVoter invite fitness professionals and their clients or friends to nominate themselves or their favorite trainer at http://www.exercisetv.tv/toptrainer.

"We're building on the overwhelming response to our 2007 'America's Next Fitness Star' contest, in which more than 1,000 fitness professionals from across the country competed to be named the country's next fitness celebrity," said Chris Mansolillo, General Manager, ExerciseTV. "This joint venture will provide online users a fun and easy way to vote, nominate and comment on their favorite instructors across the country."

ExerciseTV joins a growing list of media companies that have chosen CityVoter to build a local directory and introduce interactive features such as voting, nominating businesses and posting comments and photos. CityVoter guides include hundreds of local business profiles, complete with photos, maps and contact information.

"This partnership demonstrates the extensibility of the CityVoter platform," said Josh Walker, chief executive officer, CityVoter. "Our 'best of' model, which engages consumers and local businesses, gives national media brands a way to reach local service providers like fitness instructors. With CityVoter, ExerciseTV is giving fitness professionals a unique and powerful way to promote themselves."

Fitness professionals receive a complimentary listing within the ExerciseTV guide, which will launch with listings from more than 10 major metropolitan areas that will be accessible to fitness professionals and consumers across the country. Fitness expertise categories include Boot Camp, Cardio, Kickboxing, Dance, Pilates, Personal Training, Yoga and General Fitness.
