People were stopping me in the street saying, "Victoria, you look terrific. What are you doing?" And I said, "raw food." They asked me to show them how to do it, and very soon I had twelve neighbours in my house, teaching them about raw foods. They loved the information and tried to eat raw, but nobody lasted beyond the following morning. In the morning they all had their coffee and bagels with cream cheese. I decided that I wasn't a very good teacher.

At this point I was so enthusiastic that I closed my six successful businesses and decided to make my living by teaching all about raw foods because it had changed my life. I was teaching about raw food, but nobody went raw. I would wait 30 days after the class and call everyone and less than two percent were still raw after one month. I am

This really helped me alot. I am trying to go raw but it's very difficult as stated in the article. Thank you so much for this.
