Dr. Juan Remos of The Miami Institute for Age Management and Intervention, is launching a new physician-supervised weight management program focusing on losing weight quickly and safely as well as successfully maintain long-term results.

A unique and comprehensive custom-tailored program of nutritional guidelines/dietary balance, exercise, supplements and stress reduction, the program helps to better control hunger, trains your body to burn fat and teaches you how to live a balanced and moderate lifestyle.

The plan also controls insulin levels and balances your hormones by encouraging you to eat certain foods in the right combination at the right time. Participants of the program will be monitored weekly and are provided with the means to maintain their weight loss once ideal weight is reached.

Dr. Remos says, "We provide all the tools, tips, strategies and support needed to make this program a success. It is up to the patient to make the commitment necessary for a true life change."

The Miami Institute's Medical Director Dr. Julio Gallo adds, "Our program is the key to weight loss, weight maintenance, wellness and a healthier lifestyle. You will look and feel better, think clearer, have more energy and live a better quality life."

#1 Yes, but in the end...

It all comes down to calories in = calories out. If you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. That's it. There is no other way possible. People need to be more educated about diet and fitness, rather than spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on "professional" diet plans. But if it works for them, then that's fine.
