Hyde U.S. Global Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Reauthorization Act of 2008, a presidential initiative to combat the global HIV/AIDS epidemic, including a provision ending the ban on HIV-positive travelers and immigrants.
