Rockland County Department of Health announces that children's toys and jewelry are being recalled because they contain lead.

Toy Drums, sold at gift and collectible stores nationwide for $15 from June 2005 through April 2007, have been recalled because they contain lead paint. Eli's Small Drum measures 4
