The potential hazard of Lancaster Convertible Crib is that the white paint could chip; a small part could result and could pose a possible choking hazard. This has caused the recall.

Remedy: Consumers should contact Simplicity, Inc. at 1-800-858-8323 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm to receive a refund for Lancaster Convertible Crib.
