pregnancy and ultrasounds

I had an ultrasound today. During the procedure the tech says "hum" and i looked at the screen as she was measuring and it said 4weeks and 6 days, my doc drew blood and said that from what he saw on the pics it appears that i am pregnant, that would be great, i have pcos and have been trying for a year and a half. what do you think?
