A new study using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) reports bullies may enjoy seeing someone else in pain. The boys with the diagnosis of aggressive conduct disorder had previously exhibited aggressive behavior such as picking a fight, using a weapon or stealing.

Drug use among teens has reached epidemic proportions. No matter how vigilant you are, your teens will definitely be exposed to drugs at school, the very place you think should be a safe environment. Mrs. Reagan’s ‘Just say no to drugs’ campaign was a complete failure. The truth is that teens perceive adults as old fuddy-duddies that don’t know their head from a hole in the ground. One in four teenage girls has begun the process of vaccination against human papillomavirus (HPV) with the three-shot series of Gardasil, according to the 2007 National Immunization Survey-Teen. In March 2007 the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommended that all girls age 11 or 12 be routinely vaccinated with three doses of quadrivalent HPV vaccine. The new survey was the first official government report on compliance.
