Coaching is having an expert, mentor, and friend in your corner to take on the challenges that lie ahead.

Coaching works.

1. Some of us do not know where we are going, what our lives are about, and how our values affect us each day. Coaching helps us clarify our purpose, values, and goals.

2. We may know where we're going and what we need to do, but we forget or simply get stuck in our limiting belief systems, ineffective habits, or inability to focus. A well-trained coach gets us back on track by helping us identify limiting beliefs and ineffective habits and find more effective ways of living and enjoying life.

3. Many times we resist change because it's easier and more comfortable to stay the way we are. Any change we make causes resistance and backlash within ourselves as well as from other people in our lives. A coach helps us move beyond that resistance - with greater ease and flow. In the coaching relationship you may decide to work on all areas of your life at once or just focus on one.

Coaching is for anyone who desires to be the best they can. It's for the person who knows that life has more to offer; yet they aren't quite sure how to harness it. Coaching is beneficial to people who are at a crossroads in life. They have several possible choices and don't know which one will work best for their situation.
Your business, personal concerns, self-image, self-confidence, weight loss, self-improvement, and transitional stages in life can all be made better through effective coaching.

In short, if you want to stop limiting behaviours and live a fabulous life, coaching IS for you.

Each Coaching client's experience will vary considerably. As with anything else in life, you get out of it, what you put into it. When you have your first conversation with a Coach, you'll discuss which type of coaching plan will work best for your goals. The average length of time needed to reach high levels of life success range from three to six months.

Once the coaching sessions begin, you will be asked to present all of your ideas and goals. When you're participating in coaching-by-phone, you'll be asked to fax or mail a copy of these thoughts in advance so they may be reviewed, analysed, and discussed with you during your session. In brief, we will design a plan to bring you what you want in the shortest period of time while completely enjoying the process. It will prove enlightening and rewarding.

What I need to know to help you
How to leverage your time and energy

"In person" life strategies coaching sessions will be done in much the same way, except the coaching is done face-to-face in a quiet one-on-one setting.
