Cajun Shrimp

Many cooks and gourmet food lovers use shrimp to prepare numerous healthy food recipes. Most of them are great, but Cajun Shrimp recipe really stands out as a wonderful seafood recipe with a Cajun taste and cuisine.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1.5 Sticks butter
  • 1.5 sticks margarine
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T. ground black pepper
  • 0.5 t. crushed rosemary
  • 1 t. Tabasco sauce
  • 0.25t. salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 lemon sliced 2-3 pounds large raw shrimp in shell
  • 2-3 pounds large raw shrimp in shell

Start making this great food recipe by preheating oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients (except lemon slices and shrimp) in a bowl.

Spread .25 cup of the Worcestershire sauce in the bottom of a roasting pan. Any pan that can go in an oven is good for this Cajun Shrimp recipe.

Arrange layers of shrimp and lemon slices.

Pour remaining sauce over the shrimp and lemon slices.

This healthy recipe should be baked uncovered for 10-15 minutes.

Stir once or twice as it is cooking.
