All About:
  • Healthy Diet Plan

Submitted by Armen Hareyan on Jul 7th, 2007

The Facial Analysis Diet is a new book by nutritionist Elizabeth Gibaud that relates diet plans to features of the face.

Celebrity nutritionist, Elizabeth Gibaud reveals here for the first time the secrets behind facial analysis. Unlike any other diet, The Facial Analysis Diet is a completely individualised health and weight loss programme that examines the lines, tone, and texture of the face in order to determine all your dietary and mineral needs, deficiencies and intolerances. Elizabeth will share her methods of diagnosis using easy to follow illustrations, and show how by identifying particulars, features of the face you can identify which of her 9 carefully devised eating plans is right for you.

  • Open pores? This could mean there's too much acid in your system

  • Lines on forehead? Your diet is too rich and oily

  • Red or puffy cheeks may signify a dairy intolerance

The Facial Analysis Diet will enable to you to pin point exactly what you should and shouldn't eat. Know which foods you must avoid and which will help to increase energy levels and enable more effective weight loss - all in accordance to your own unique face traits.

Excerpt from The Facial Analysis Diet Plan

"Based on German theories that draw on the principles of biochemistry - the scientific study of the chemical processes that occur in all living organisms - facial analysis is a technique used to detect certain food intolerances as well as digestive problems caused by mineral deficiencies. It is an accurate diagnostic tool which is a key factor in the treatment of disease. It's not difficult - we have all practised it at some stage; puffy eyes, dark rings and paleness of cheeks are all familiar signs of an imbalance of some kind.

"Facial analysis is a technique whereby the condition of our body's inner organs can be read and diagnosed by studying the face. Patches of colour, markings, lines, pigmentation and wrinkles are all signs of an imbalance of essential minerals (I'll come on to these a little later on). The fingernails, hands, feet and tongue can also be used as diagnostic tools - after all, years ago the family doctor would ask you to stick out your tongue before examining any other part of the anatomy. But why do the signs of imbalance manifest themselves through the skin? And why the face?

"The face is a particularly sensitive part of the anatomy and is affected by many fluctuations within the body. It is the lack of one or more of the essential minerals that create abnormal conditions from within which manifest outwardly through the face. When the appropriate minerals are administered, health is restored. If the minerals are not replaced, severe allergies and/or illness may occur."
